“The wind blows open the door and confirms Roderick’s fears: Chub-Chub sits in her bloodied fur from her struggle. She attacks Roderick as the life drains from her, and he dies of fear.”

  1. I’m denser than a doorknob. Scared the flip out of me! If an animal is injured, hurt or killed, I require a friend by my side. This scared the beegeejus out of me. Fur shame, fur shame, fur shame, Tom!!!

Don’t mess with grandma, she’s old. Felines and doggies are her best friends.

      1. Grandma is slow on her moves today. Grey matter a bit shaken. Stomach virus moved thru here on the weekend. Don’t anyone say the word, “upchuck” and I might make it to Tuesday.

I think a raven cursed me from the window last Friday. πŸ˜’πŸ˜£πŸ˜ž

  2. I had to read the comments to make sure dear Chub Chub was still with us before I hit the like button. Sorry, not a Poe fan or horror flick fan….just do not enjoy being scared. Although she does have a slightly evil glint in her eye. “Bloodied fur” is not a sight I would enjoy.
Coffeegrounded….glad I’m not the only one.
And glad Chub Chub is okay…..sorry for not catching on right away.

    1. Oh you are not alone. Don’t worry. The Fall of the House of Usher, a classic, is still not very well known. I wanted to use that evil look of Chubbers and the lighting in the room to do a horror satire. But I could only do it with a classic favorite.
I promise to not do another Poe, for a while. πŸ™‚

  3. Gheddo is a Lady! I love it. This cats look is mean and attractive making you look twice at her. I am going to buy a frame for my Chub Chub Gheddo. I want to be Godmother. I am not into the groupy thing but I like my Chub Chub. Frank Sinatra was the only one I ever framed or hung on a wall or put on a shelf. I have to get my autographed Frank Sinatra picture out of storage on put it next to Chub Chub. I may have to visit Chub Chub (Gheddo Cat) one day for an autograph.
